GEPŠ ensures the protection of personal data and undertakes to carefully maintain all received personal data obtained from the online application form for the course and during the course of education. They will be used to analyze data on candidates, to inform about STCW courses and other educational activities. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is a contract in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR) , Article 6, paragraph 1 (a). GEPŠ will not forward data to third parties without the consent of the candidates. By clicking the Submit button on the application form, the candidate will allow him to process his personal data for the purposes stated above. An applicant may at any time request that GEPŠ ceases to use his personal information. The candidate has the right to access his personal data and the right to change or update his / her personal information.
