ROOMS AND APARTMENTS WITH PRIVATE BATHROOMS

ROOMS WITH SHARED BATHROOMS (USUALLY SHARED BY 2 ROOMS)

Prices are per person per day, listed in euros (€) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices and terms of sale.

The tourist tax is charged separately: 2,50 € per person for adults, and 1,25 € for children aged 7 to 18. 
The tourist tax is charged to those required to pay it according to the Decree on Tourist Tax in the Municipality of Piran.

Discounts

Discounts for children sharing a room with parents:
•    Children up to 2,99 years: Free stay
•    Children from 3 to 6,99 years: 50% discount on stay
•    Children from 7 to 9,99 years: 30% discount on stay
•    Children from 10 to 12,99 years: 20% discount on stay
•    Groups over 10 people - Discount by arrangement

Surcharges

•    Additional breakfast 8 € per person
•    Lunch 10 € per person
•    Dinner 9 € per person
•    Lost key (rooms/apartments with private bathroom) 35 €
•    Lost key (rooms with shared bathroom) 15 €
•    Lost chip 15 €
•    Lost or damaged remote (parking) 45 €
•    Laundry use: 1 wash 4 €; 15 min drying 1 €
•    Damaged lock (rooms/apartments with private bathroom) 130 €
•    Damage - Assessed by maintenance
•    Smoking in rooms/hostel areas 20 € per person
•    Single-night stay surcharge 20 € per person

Other Information

•    Please read the House Rules carefully.
•    Minimum stay: 2 nights.
•    Lunch and dinner are not always available; check at reception.
•    Limited parking spaces; reservations not possible.
•    Towels, soap and TVs are not provided.
•    Bed linen is changed every 7 days or upon departure.
